Should I be using scripts? Many of us start off using scripts, but is this really a good idea? What really happens when we’re using scripts? How is it making your client feel? Are you focused on the real issue? How can you wean yourself off needing to use scripts?

While I am a huge advocate for us having systems, this alone is not enough, because equally crucial to our success is the need to focus on how we make our clients feel. Because it’s one thing to attract clients to you, it’s another thing to make them feel good about the experience, whether it be their buying experience or their experience of receiving therapy from us. We need to make the client feel good
