I’m not a marketing consultant who theorises about hypnotherapy. I’m a practising hypnotherapy business owner who also happens to have spent over 20 years building and leading technology organisations. That combination is rare — and it’s exactly why Help For Hypnotherapists exists.

By day I serve as CTO and AI Transformation Lead at Correla (part of the Xoserve group, which sits at the heart of the UK’s National Grid data ecosystem). I lead complex digital transformation programmes, manage large-scale data infrastructure, and work at the intersection of emerging technology and real-world operations. By evenings and weekends I run Springhill Hypnotherapy — my own client-facing hypnotherapy practice.
